Cath Collins always had an interest in cooking and particularly dairy foods made from the 45 cows milked on her small lifestyle block.
But making cheeses was something special and something of a craft. Visitors are welcomed into her country kitchen to smell the aromas and taste the cheeses freshly made from her wood fired oven.
