Kandiah Alpacas Farmstay
Kandiah Alpacas and Farmstay is owned by Pav and Mark Stacey and their farm is situated just 10 minutes from the wonderful small township of Waipu in Northland, New Zealand. They have a wonderful herd of mixed colour sure alpacas which have a beautiful soft, lustrous fleece.
After washing and carding they felt the fibre onto pure silk fabric to make exquisitely soft and light scarves that are for sale at their farm. Close by are several good eating places and an excellent museum along with the wonderful Bream Bay beach and the Waipu caves with their glow worms. Other activities include horse riding, golfing, surfing and the special experience of taking an Alpaca for a walk along the beach. Accommodation is self-contained with a Queen bedroom, bathroom, with underfloor heating, living room with TV and WI-FI plus a small kitchen. Dinner with a choice of menus can be provided on request.
